Our eggs are farm fresh in shell eggs. We have all sizes available. Jumbo, Extra Large, Large, Medium and Small, Cage Free, Organic, Omega-3 and Lutein eggs.
We place top priority on the health, safety and comfort of all our hens. Following stringent guidelines established by the scientific community and the United Egg Producers (UEP), the welfare of our hens is never compromised. We undergo annual inspections by independent auditors to ensure we are compliant with the UEP Certified Program and have maintained Certification since inception of the program.
All of our hens are fed an all-vegetarian feed allowing them to lay nutritionally superior eggs; hormones or antibiotics are never used.
We produce approximately 1.5 million eggs each day.
As soon as an egg is laid, it’s processed and packaged within a day. An egg grading machine washes, cleans and packs the eggs according to weight. Using the latest egg-handling and candling technology, each egg is checked for imperfections such as cracks, stains, blood spots and leakers. Quality control separates substandard eggs then each egg is sanitized, cleaned, and weighed to determine size and then packaged accordingly.
We have three (3) USDA inspectors on site at all times. By owning, controlling and housing our own chickens we can maintain our stringent quality control standards, thereby delivering the freshest, highest quality egg.
Our fleet of refrigerated trucks delivers the eggs. To further ensure quality control, we own and operate all of the trucks in our fleet and drivers are directly employed by us.
