Application:
Use in angel food cakes, layer cakes, meringues, icings, marshmallow toppings, fine candies, or anytime
the formula calls for fast whipping and full volume egg whites.

Ingredients:
Egg whites and less than 0.1% sodium lauryl sulfate added as a whipping agent.
